Acacia House is situated in the peaceful garden suburb of Kelvin, Sandton. Parking is secure, within a fully fenced property in the boomed Johannesburg Northern Suburbs. The accommodation is within a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive of the Marlboro Gautrain Station, with fast access to Sandton CBD, Rosebank, OR Tambo Airport, Pretoria, and Midrand. Arterial highways to Johannesburg and Pretoria are within a 5-minute drive of the accommodation.

From the patio entrance, Acacia House has a large comfortable lounge and kitchen, with breakfast bar. The lounge features a Scandinavian style Bosca log fire place, easy chairs and TV with DSTV, coffee tables, side board and Persian rug.

Facilities offered include Bed and Breakfast and dinner on request. A full English Breakfast is served daily. Filter and instant coffee, and a tea selection are available 24 hours. 

About the Suite

The kitchen has fridge, microwave, kettle and toasters, as well as all cutlery and crockery and basic food preparation equipment. Leading from the lounge is a spacious carpeted double bedroom with king size bed, office area and bed settee. WiFi, faxing and printing facilities are all available on site. The en suite bathroom is neatly tiled and clean, and has private toilet, bath with shower and wash hand basin. All luxury bedding, towels and personal care products are supplied. A combination lock safe is supplied for secure storage of valuables.

Outdoor Features

Acacia House’s private patio area overlooks a lovely rock feature swimming pool. As well as the pool, a Weber Barbeque is available for guests’ use, for relaxing or entertaining business associates. Stylish original cast iron patio furniture enhances the outdoor entertainment facility and allows for outdoor breakfasts and braais/barbeques during the warm Summer months.
